i think there's a fundamental difference between how daredevil and spidey are required to be rendered - especially while swinging or fighting.

where DD is a trained ninja, spidey is a street fighter. where DD is simply a human trained to peak performance with acute senses, spidey has super-human flexibility. therefore DD should be drawn a bit more reserved and calculated in his poses, where spidey can be a bit more wild and haphazard.
